We loved our stay at the Punthill Maitland. We booked 3 rooms as we were attending a wedding. The motel was really clean and tidy and well maintained. Our rooms and bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and great.

This apartment hotel is right up there with the best. I understand it’s a new property so everything is nice and new, but still, it was very high end with the rooms decor and comfort. I hope they keep it up.

The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! My only little gripe was that the ice-cube tray had the remnants of something orange in it. I would strongly recommend this hotel overall! N.B. If you're a light sleeper, just be warned that you can hear the town clock chiming.

Modern and spotless!

We were going to be late arriving, but we communicated with reception easily who were able to leave our key in a lock box. My partner thought the bed was too hard, but I loved it. A lovely clean and new room.

The property is very new, however they allow animals and my room smelt like wet dog. They also charge $15.00 per night for parking. Other than the smell, the rooms were fairly modern and comfortable.
