「Dirty room, no lighting in the stairways and stair carpet filthy, curtains on landing hanging off the rail like a scruffy student lodging, wardrobe useless as no coat hangers, fridge but no water provided...piles of dust clearly visible behind the fridge」
「A wonderful hotel. We loved it so much we stayed longer. The host was delightful and we particularly enjoyed the chilled atmosphere of the terrace where we enjoyed a delicious dinner and cols beer.」
