“Very friendly and cooperative staff. There was an issue with noise on the roadside, and they changed our room immediately. It was our anniversary, so they gave us a complimentary dinner & cake at the Italian restaurant, which was excellent and memorable (Da Vinci restaurant). “The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed. ”
