“Great location! The main building is a little run down but when you entire the condo it is very cozy! Clean, stocked kitchen and a fire place to warm up after the slopes. I recommend this property for families or adults wanting to be close to town. ”

“The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. Very close to restaurants. Great experience. ”

“The main issue was no consistency in the hot water and the one shower in the unit had intermittent or no water pressure. Vacasa was notified but no one came to rectify the issue. The lower level baseboard heat did not work and neither did the small gas heater. We used the small gas fireplace, once we found the remote to operate it, to heat the lower level.The place was clean, well supplied, and conveniently located, but without a working shower we left early and did not get any refund.”

“Beautiful condo and great location with some issues. Everything was clean. On arrival, the hot tub was cold. Vacasa was contacted immediately via text and phone. “ Thanks we have alerted our local team about this issue and we will be in contact with you.” We received this response daily with no progress. The hot tub was never fixed. Same with the dishwasher which was found to be unplugged, likely because it was known to be non functional. In summary, nice condo with terrible management and……

“Great location - quiet area - much better value than staying in Anchorage! We had two rooms - kitchen - deck - parking ...we had everything for half the price than a typical hotel in Anchorage this time of the year. Will look here first our next trip to AK!”
