Great stay

I have stayed in a few units in the North building where this unit is. This one was one of the best. The owner has added some excellent touches. It's comfortable and inviting. Being close to the base of the ski resort was nice. I was there durning Slush Cup, and it was not extremely noisy. I will book again when I return.

gREAT location and well stocked

Enjoyed the place although we couldn't figure out how to get the stove top to work... eventually, texted for help but didn't do it soon enough for them to come while we were there. Either it was broken or too fancy a convection oven for us to figure out. Great location for our stay and comfortable enough overall.

Great property and location

Great spot, thoughtfully furnished, and easy to check in and out. However, there was no parking pass in the property, and when I texted guest services for help they could only repeat what the property description said about there being a parking pass inside, which I had already told guest services was not true. Ultimately I parked without a pass (with no problems). It was also somewhat difficult to find where to park. The property description for parking could be better.

Very poor cleanliness and host comms

The location of the property is great. But that's where the positives end. We were asked to delay our arrival atleast an hour later than the check-in time because the cleaner was running late only to find the apartment hadn't been cleaned anyway. There was rubble and dust on the floor everywhere. The sofa/bed in the living room had a disgusting massive stain on it. Upon calling Vacasa (the host company) several times, they insisted someone will get in touch soon and sort it out. During our entire stay over 4 days, nobody actually got in touch or sorted out the issue. Terrible comms and customer support from both Vacasa and Vrbo and poor state of cleanliness. Would not recommend.
