Very comfortable place. 2 sets of twin beds and a king make it great for families. Clean, quiet, close to everything and a park right down the street for dogs or kids. This is our 2nd time staying at this location and will most certainly stay again.

First time visiting Alaska. We were happy with the rental. Close to the airport, great base to the area. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Great experience - would stay here again

Other than the toilet needing repair (we had to be very careful not to overflow it), this place was great! Everything that we needed for a week-long stay was provided. The security made us feel safe at night (the neighborhood seemed safe but the extra security was appreciated). Would stay here again.

Perfect for our needs

This unit is a small apartment close to the airport, it has everything we needed for our two month stay working at the airport, close enough to bike to and from lake hood.

Nice place to stay

We were here with 2 grandkids for 3 nights in late June. The location is very convenient, very clean and it was a quiet place to stay. We had no problems at all...could use more tv channels and unlimited wifi but we were fine. Craig was nice, helpful and easy to reach.

We had a hard time with lockbox but we were all older so operator error rather than facility. The condo was perfect- clean, safe, convenient. The beds were comfortable an̈d the bathroom had toiletries and the washer/dryer with soap/dryer sheets. Craig was very responsive and the cleaner and maintenance man were also very personable. Wed stay there again.
