Charming and Spacious Townhouse Style Condo!!! This three level, 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath townhouse located near Campbell lake and Campbell creek trailheads. Clean and well maintained with a open concept plan which is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the view of the mountains from your master bedroom, private deck or while you relax next to the living room fireplace. Close to shopping, transportation and the airport.

FYI** I do have a security RING camera outside by the front door! This is for the security of you, the house, and the neighborhood.

Great condo!

The ad for this property was exactly as pictured plus had extra perks like a supply of coffee and wi-fyi. We liked that it was updated and had all the comforts of home. Only being 15 minutes from the airport made it convenient for our flights and our daily excursions going north and south. Plus, the supplied travel magazines/maps helped too.

Great place, but traffic noise

Wonderful place, well appointed and comfortable. My only complaint is the street noise..to the point that I couldn't leave windows open. It quiets down at night but I still wire earplugs.

Good Condo with Perfect Location

It was our first time to be in Alaska and Anchorage. We like this condo! It has kitchen with everything you need during the stay. Dishwasher works very well. It has two bedrooms. In master bedroom is king bed - very comfortable. Curtains were very helpful to cover the window at night and you did not feel it is outside as day (July in Alaska has almost 19 hours day light). Two first days we did not have the car. Everything was close to this place - we went to grocery stores. Also it is very good neighborhood - near by lake and pretty houses around it. Also you can hike on the trail which is not far from the condo. Condo was very clean. It has Netflix. So when you tired after long day of hiking you can watch good movies! One negative thing - I have to mention - apartment is next to very busy road. But by night traffic usually become less intensive! Michelle was easy to communicate! Thank you! It was good stay!

Great stay in anchorage.

Michelle was a great host replied with responses and checked on us. The property was very well maintained. The property is next to a very busy road so we brought our sound machine and she had a fan so the noise from the two were enough for a great nights sleep on her terrific bed. Thanks for a great 10 days in anchorage AK

Cute, clean and comfortable

Nice, clean place. The bed was super comfortable. Just what we needed for our stay. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The road noise was a little loud, but just as described so we weren't surprised. In walking distance to the grocery store and the little dibble diner, which we tried for breakfast and enjoyed.

The property was great, super clean, very nice. The only challenge was the road noise. Blackout blinds in the second room would be huge for kids too, but not a big deal.

Nice clean place

This condo worked out well with the location being fairly close to my daughter. It provides all the supplies you would need in a home even coffee pods. Two things to consider if renting: there are 2 flights of stairs, one as soon as you come in the door and a second to get to the bedrooms. It is right next to a busy street so if its hot and you need to open the windows it may keep you up at night if you're not used to that. I was able to keep the window closed and put down the "blackout" shades (a big plus in the summer) and the traffic didn't bother me. Michelle was very responsive to text messages. Due to COVID instruction sheets may have been removed from the house but instructions on TV use and internet code would be nice but we figured out both. Overall a very nice stay.

Comfortable and well-equipped

This is a beautiful townhome with a super comfy bed. The only drawback was that is was very close to a noisy road. I enjoyed the views of the Chugach mountains from the living room and bedroom.
