"Lovely and modern hotel set in an old stone building. Very central and close to major sites. Great and attentive staff. Breakfast was very good. Open wine bar cart in the lounge/library area was a really nice touch. Hotel itself is a nice place to hang out. I didn’t go to the bar or do any of the wine tastings but wish I had. Stayed 4 nights. Would definitely come back."

"Lovely hotel with great staff. Room tidied daily. Breakfast a great selection. Very vibrant area where hotel is located. Lots of restaurants etc within walking distance. Felt safe at night. All tours we took picked up from hotel. Swimming pool on top small, but we didn’t use as other enough. Highly recommend. "

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Santiago de Chile. The cleanliness was outstanding—everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. One of the things I appreciated the most was how safe I felt during my stay. The environment is very secure, which gave me peace of mind whether I was inside the hotel or coming back late. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. It offers great service, a clean atmosphere, and a strong sense of safety—definitely a 5-star experience!"
