“It’s a nice place with tons of outdoor space and lots of water toys to use. along the shore, which was great for swimming and staying out of boat traffic. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a window AC unit and keeps the room nice and cold, however the 2nd bedroom has nothing but a ceiling fan to cool it. If the door was closed to that bedroom it got very hot at night. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and the owner is very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay. ”

“Our experience on the houseboat was exceptional! The boat is in wonderful shape and made the perfect venue for our family during a University of Tennessee football weekend. We had plenty of space, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The rooftop party deck was a huge highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Communication with the owner was outstanding, and you can tell they’re very thoughtful with all the little amenities provided onboard. We couldn’t have asked for a……

We were within walking distance of the marina & less than 10 miles away from the nearest grocery. Best part is that we were able to dock our boat right up to the houseboat.
