"Very easy to get and return keys. I had a hard time at first getting back to parking garage to get something out of the car, but the service number (Chelsea) responded very quickly and was very helpful. Only talked via text but the staff was very pleasant and patient. Loved the location. Will stay there again next time I need to stay in Alymer "

"Be ready to walk a bit, first from the parking to the reception, then from reception to the room. Although shopping was nearby, the walk was back to reception, then around the building to the shopping centre. If you see something missing, ask. The staff are very polite but don't offer. Oddly, they have equipment like irons but they don't keep track of the room where the iron is so there is a good chance they won't be able to find one for you."
