「Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

「We had a great stay at Chez Anna, the owners were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. It was very clean and the location is convenient, with a short walk to the metro. 」

「Apart from the sometimes too-much room fragrance (and opening the window to the small balcony helped of course), this was a great stay and value. Especially if you have to visit the US consulate, which is literally right in front, the convenience is unmatched. Their whatsapp communication was clear and when I had a question, their reply was prompt and helpful. Right off the lungomare to walk to the center but not stuck in tourist land. Excellent pizza restaurant two minutes' walk away: 50 Kalo.」

「Muy bien hotel. Al llegar es un poco confuso ya que es un edifico viejo y es como una vecindad al entrar. Hay que pagar 10 céntimos para usar el elevador. Uno tiene que subir sus maletas 1 piso al llegar. Ya en el hotel no hay queja. Un lugar muy bonito con staff muy amable y una sala de café espectacular. Camas muy muy cómodas . Un poco retirado del centro. Esperen caminar. 」
