Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful rustic log cabin feel.

Enjoyed our stay. Rustic feel. If you’re looking for a modern, updated condo this place is not for you. If you want to feel like you’re in a log cabin in the woods, this the place to stay.

It was a great place for a family or single people. Close to ski area and shopping. Property was clean. If you're looking for newly renovated and hip, this is not for you. If you're looking for a great cabin like feel in the mointains, thisnis for you.

It was an excellent Place to stay

It was an excellent place to stay with all the things you need in a vacation home and more. The only issue I had with the place was the master bathroom lock was not working and the master bed door was not closing properly. I am sure the maintenance team would have fixed if I requested the help, but I did not do it.

We really enjoyed it till people moved in upstairs. Good location, good price, had everything we needed. But the last evening and night was hard we were able to hear every step and tv of the upstairs apartment .

We Would Do It Again

The Condo was in a great location, not ski-in ski-out, but close to everything we needed. The place is not updated, and a little quirky, like carpet in the bathrooms (yikes) but nice enough. Had a little issue with the door code, but the guest services replied immediately and 15 minutes we were in the door. WiFi wasn't available the first day and half, but VACASA did reach out to HOA, apparently that is who controls the WiFi. There are a few little things that need repairing, but nothing that would keep us from returning.

Don’t recommend

Wi-Fi didn’t work and we reached out to Vacasa customer service multiple times over the course of our 4 day stay and their response was that they could not reach the property manager during that entire time. Wouldn’t have been a big deal, but our phones had poor reception and needed Wi-Fi for messaging our kids. Also no TV without Wi-Fi- which would have been nice after a long day on the slopes. The lack of customer service was so frustrating and I would not recommend Vacasa. Also, the lock on the door is a 10 digit code that didn’t work half the time because the doorknob is loose. Jacuzzi in master bath, but not enough hot water in the hot water tank to even fill it to get the jets working.

Horribly dirty! Hair in beds, most dishes and flatware had food remnants on them, overly decorated to the point of being extremely cluttered. Mattresses were blatantly worn out with deep valleys in both bedroom beds. Everyone's back hurt every morning.
