Winter Wonderland!

What a beautiful home, thank you so much for allowing us to use it. This was just the right size, and so much comfort for us. The ski - in ski-out was the best way to go with teenagers! We will see you again next year!

Do not recommend

First off...TRUE ski in ski out is a lie - you have to trek down roads with ski boots on...or you have to ski through deep powder and then trek up a mountain to get to the house. Two days before we arrived they tell us there is a $425 fee for using the hot tub, it has now been added to the listing after we complained, but at the time it was not listed as an up charge that we would be told about 2 days before booking. Check in process was easy. House was beautiful - no trash bags present and downstairs had a terrible odor of sewage. We reported the sewage issue and they pretty much told us sorry we can't do much about it. For the cost of this place, I would assume they would go above and beyond to try to fix issues or give us a discount once so much went wrong. The hot tub we paid an extreme amount for was still locked and we could not use it until the second day. The third day it would not heat up above 96 degrees It was just one thing after another with this property. Like I said the house was beautiful, and we loved it for the most part, but the customer service when problems arose was subpar. I would not recommend staying here due to that fact.
