You guessed it... walk! Everything is right outside your door. All the comforts of home can be found in this second floor duplex apartment (we also have a 3 BR guesthouse below you on the first floor). Full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, garage parking on premises and a beautiful back yard with BBQ grill. Park your car and stay awhile!

Wonderful Stay
This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. This property has an ideal location for those visiting the University. Close to campus as well as the cute downtown area with great restaurants. The unit is spacious, very clean and included basic amenities.

The best location
This apartment was cozy and really beautiful with all the original art on the walls. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the supply of tea and coffee ready for us. This apartment is walking distance from everything you could want, shops, restaurants even movie theaters.

Great location and Responsive Host
My friends and I, UM alumni, enjoyed a weekend back in Ann Arbor. Great location and the owner was responsive. We have two areas of criticism. Because the building is on the older side, some amenities weren't as modern as we expected. The shower had separate hot and cold faucets and it was hard to get in and out because of the layout of the doors. Also, the TV only had an HD antenna, although it was a smart TV. It took an engineer a couple hours to get reception. Even then, we had to put the antenna in a specific spot to keep the picture. Finally, we heard sirens late each night. I'm not sure if this is the norm in this neighborhood or if we got unlucky. Overall, I recommend this property. The critiques are minor vs. the positives.

Great location for Ann Arbor visit
Place was exactly as advertised in the middle of everything. Within walking distance to restaurants and to Central Campus. You won’t need a car and although it’s a challenge getting into the garage, you will thankful for it with the limited free parking near by. Nina was extremely helpful. We look forward to going back soon

Friend halfway point
Perfect place right downtown to enjoy our 48 hours with friends. This was the halfway point for both of us. We loved the close proximity to campus, food and shops. Thank you!
