At night, indulge in an al fresco dinner backdropped by the sparkling lights of the Skyway Bridge, City Pier and Egmont Key's Lighthouse. Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Didn’t even rent through VRBO

I didn’t rent this house through VRBO but since they sent me the link to review, I’ll go ahead and say this house is beautiful and we loved our vacation. We rented through SATO realty in Anna Maria. They rent for much less than VRBO so look them up. I’ve learned over the years, your highest prices will be through VRBO.
