Fantastic.

Perfect place with a nice pool, good location and short walk to the beach. Very clean, well decorated and had beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular Pool

For a small family of four like ours it was the perfect size and wasn't overwhelming. The pool and the hot tub were spectacular and the view down the canal was surprisingly nice as well. From a curb appeal perspective, I would rate the property as "good" and not excellent but the place was very clean and the location was fantastic and near everything on the north end of the island. The beaches were an easy walking distance or golf cart distance. Reserve this property if you want a great pool and hot tub which was our number one sought after amenity.

Great Location

It was a wonderful location. We loved being a block from the beach and in walking distance of many of the restaurants and shops. However, the house did not meet our expectations of the photos, the kitchen was not well stocked, and we were given minimal cleaning supplies and disposables. We were surprised when the guest book said that these would be the only supplies given and we would need to purchase any extra. For such an expensive rental limiting toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap etc. seems a little short-sighted.

My overall stay was amazing. I had easy access, house was stocked with all the essential necessities. I had a question and was able to call and get an answer right away. Overall a great stay and will come back again.

Pool was great but it seemed like some of the lights were out, it wasn’t as lit up as shown in the photos. Also, there was only one chair by the shallow end while two chairs were shown in the photos.
