「We asked 2 questions thru expedia and hotel never responded to us. The front desk is not in.the same building. We didnt get the link to register. We ended up going to the front desk which is 1 mile from this property. The front desk lady told us that the messages from Expedia are not sent to them and they dont have any guests information to be able to.contact the guests. Also I called them several times and they didnt answered the phone.」

「Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer .」

「The pool was very nice. The beach is really not a beach, there is really no place to sit on the sand. Nice view and conveniently located. The bedroom is very small but clean. Overall nice place to stay! 」

「The apartment was adorable and just steps away from the beach. It faced pool, which was comfortable, clean and well maintained. It was centrally located on the island, so mid way between 2 town areas where restaurants & shops were located. We rented a golf cart, which was fun and made traveling to those areas easier. We had a great stay and look forward to going back.」

「A wonderful place to stay! Peaceful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. The staff is amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The best part is that the hotel is right in front of the beach, where you can enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you need for a perfect day by the ocean. I highly recommend Silver Surf Gulf Beach Resort. 100%! 🌴☀️」

「Loved sitting on the balcony outside the room each morning for coffee, listening to the birds & watching the waves on the beach across Gulf Drive, an excellent view, unobstructed by palm trees or buildings. However, must note that there was fairly loud traffic noises along this busy roadway, plus landscapers, trucks & large vehicle noises preventing us from hearing the Gulf waves. The room & bathroom were very clean & the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. A coffee maker & toaster was...
