There is a finished lower level that comes with an additional living room, half bathroom and laundry room.
Enjoy this charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage home conveniently located within walking distance of Downtown Annapolis, the Naval Academy stadium! Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and other fun activities in the area. This is an ideal rental for up to 4 guests. The home comes complete with several amenities (bed linens, towels and basic home amenities) to use during your stay.

Additionally, you can sit outside and enjoy a meal at the table or sit by the firepit in the spacious yard.

Annapolis Commissioning Week

There was a maintenance problem with our original rental but they moved us to another darling cottage that was perfectly situated near the stadium and gate 8. The house was beautifully redone while keeping the character intact. We loved our stay in this charming home!
