"Great staff"

"This is a beautiful old historic hotel in the heart of Annapolis. It is the perfect central location if doing work with the MD General Assembly - adjacent to the Statehouse and just a block from legislator offices. You are also within a couple blocks of Main Street which full of small bars, restaurants, and businesses near the water, and just a little bit farther from the commercial district on the west side of town. I’ve used this hotel for years and staff is always friendly and professional and rooms are cleaned daily. They also have concierge parking services right out front of hotel (as there is no hotel parking lot except underground). Their event space downstairs is very nice and busy multiple times of day during the legislative session."

"The room was very nice and the staff. No complaints. We told the front desk staff at check out that the heat did not come on and she apologized and offered us breakfast but we didn’t take it. Still it was really great there. I will go there again. Also everything was convenient. Walking distance for the mall and restaurants."

"The staff were so nice and helpful and the amenities were great. The restaurant and bar were great especially the breakfast and of course the cookies. The shuttle was so convenient, fast, and super polite. Great stay. I recommend and will stay again next time I'm in town. "
