“This apartment is very comfortable and a good value for the price. If you like to cook, the gas stove is a real plus. Fort Totten Metro Station (Red & Green lines) was an easy 12-minute walk. If you're driving, street parking was readily available in front of the apartment every day I was there. Finally, the owner provided clear instructions and even stocked the apartment with some drinks, snacks, and good coffee! ”

“This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!”

“From the beginning until the end the listers were very receptive. The listing was precisely as described. Very clean! Soap, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided There were even K cups for the Keurig which made my mornings better. WiFi was strong. I chose to stay farther from the conference center (about 1mi) than my colleagues. I walked a few times which was about 25 minutes and took an electric scooter the rest of the time. “This place is conveniently near a few bus stops: D6 and X2. I used the bus and metro the entire trip. Overall place is as described and was easy to check in and drop our bags. One night it was noisy with some people fighting but I would stay again.”

The location was very clean and had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and living room, well appointed kitchen, and an amazing shower. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute. Easly walkable to great restaurants and bars, and about 1 mile from the Capitol, which made for a nice walk through the beautiful neighborhood. Communication was great and check-in was a breeze. “The communication with the property manager is great, upon arrival we were greeted by Miss Rhonda in the lobby. She went out of her way to show us the latch app for all the entry doors and showed us to our room as well as answered any questions. The building is very nice with secure parking underneath which is welcomed. “It was a great space to stay in for a trip to the museums. The neighborhood felt safe and had lots of walking food options that are celiacs friendly. Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there and I and my daughter ended up getting the flu bad and we saw next to nothing! I will say, after being sick as a dog in a space that is not mine, it could have been waaaay worse. The king bed is so very comfortable! I was very grateful for the laundry as it helped our situation a lot. Will……
