Paid way too much for this stay. $180 for a room worth $90. I am assuming that the price gouging is due to the AI contractors working, but I will not go back. For $180 a night, I will drive to Abilene.

I was charged more than quoted in Expedia $125.10 instead of 107.31 plus they added 2.6% for paying with Credit Card. Lobby said they will make the adjustment but they didn't.

Yes the air conditioner worked But it was filthy and bugs every where. There was a spider that gave birth in my towel so there was way over a hundred babies in the towel as soon as i grabbed it they went everywhere like a nightmare . nasty! Dead crickets like the didnt even clean the room for days. The shampoo they left in room was half empty. The bathroom doors around the handles and just the whole door was filthy filthy has never been cleaned. i guarantee has never been clean. The whole place is a dump and who ever said it was clean and nice, is out of there mind. They are definitely paying for reviews. So watch out its a scam.

Room was quiet. Wash cloths were either dirty or stained. Bed not comfortable. Ac not on room was extremely hot, took a few hours to cool off.

Was very clean and quiet the only thing I didn't like was that the door was very hard to open really had to push down on door handle to get it open a safety safety issue and the bath tub did not have a drain plug other then that is was a good hotel

Per my Expedia booking: Price Details Collected by property 2 nights x 1 room: $190.00 Taxes on fees (TX hotel tax): $11.40 Subtotal: $201.40 Total: $201.40 Due at property: $201.40 At check in, motel manager on duty added charges to the original Expedia total of $201.40 $26.18 additional local hotel tax (?) $6.82 misc. tax for paying with a credit card. New total: $234.40 I questioned this revised total with motel manager that this new price is not what Expedia booked me for. He claimed it was Expedia's fault and to contact them. After light arguing back and forth, he agreed to waive the extra $26.18 charge but not the $6.82 credit card fee. (there was a notice posted for this CC charge in the reservation office). Being I had no other options for a stay, I agreed to pay the $6.82 but not the $26.18. Motel manager agreed still blaming Expedia for the problem. Adjusted bill should've been: $208.22 ($201.40 + $6.82) I ended up getting charged: $214.70 on my credit card account (charged me CC fee $6.82 x 2?) Is this Expedia's fault? I doubt it. My impression this motel manager was trying to rip me off. Other than this issue, room was clean and properly stocked.
