"The garage is great especially on a snowy winter day. but the check in process was a big issue. We came around 7pm, which is within the timeline specified on Expedia. however, no one was there.. we tried to call and message, no response for 30mins. It was a snowy day and its dark and we haven't eaten. So we went to the only restaurant open in town to grab a bite while contacting Expedia for a solution. Expedia finally get in touch with the owner, however, we were demanded to go back to check...

"We had such a gorgeous time there and it seemed like such a warm family run place. Trying to be objective, the stairs in our apartment was treacherous and the shower was literally the smallest I’ve ever been in. But it was lovely, it’s hard to explain! I felt I could ask the team for anything and they would try to help. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. "

"The chalet was well kitted out with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was warm and had the addition of an open fire. It took us 10 minutes to drive to the slopes each day, which was perfect and meant we were skiing before 9am, with a short drive home after. The chalet is quirky with lots of different sleeping areas, the kids loved it."

Place to stay in Zermatt year round!
"What a great hotel in Zermatt! The hotel is located very close to the gondola's to see the Matterhorn Mountain. It is located on the other side of town, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. You could easily walk to the train station, 15 minutes. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and large. We had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. Would recommend staying here is visiting Zermatt at any time of the year!"
