"The chalet was well kitted out with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was warm and had the addition of an open fire. It took us 10 minutes to drive to the slopes each day, which was perfect and meant we were skiing before 9am, with a short drive home after. The chalet is quirky with lots of different sleeping areas, the kids loved it."

"Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. "

"Very nice stay, room comes with everything you need and more. great friendly staff a family owned place. Full kitchen is well equipped and washer/dryer in lobby work very well. Very close to lift and close to nightlife/food. Also for the price it was extremely affordable considering we got a view of Matterhorn from our room. "House Venus 2 was comfortable for our family of 8. Beds were cozy, kitchen was functional to make meals, and the location was perfect to walk around and explore Zermatt.
