The hotel is centrally located and close to everywhere. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice with plenty of food options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The Ring Downtown Hotel was an amazing experience, great value for money and lovely staff who are ready to help. I have to say the delicious breakfast buffet made getting up easy. Hafize one of the staff members was so helpful and let us keep our luggage as we had some time till our flight. The location is perfect and I would deffo recommend.

When we look at the room and general environment, everywhere is spotlessly clean and shiny. Mahmut and the other employees are also very tidy and clean in terms of clothing. This is very nice when welcoming guests.

The room is not clean. Bed sheet is not clean. There is no sound insulation. There is a huge gap under the door of guest room and you can hear everything in the hallway & from next door room. Even 2:30am at night you can hear people talking…. Very noisy… Lift is tiny. Fit 3 people only. Where there is huge group of people arriving hotel, the waiting time is unlimited.
