It's fantastic place to be with family and friends, Staff is very eager to help you with anything and everything. Management is doing a great job. Rooms were tidy and clean. Many options available for everyone to make sure there is something or the other for them to be entertained. Will highly recommend this place for people to enjoy their holidays.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is wonderful for families with kids I can’t recommend it enough. The activities, food, and drinks were all great. It truly deserves its five stars and all the positive reviews on Expedia. We’ll definitely be coming back for sure!

​Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s a huge, clean, and well-maintained resort. The food selection was extensive, the staff was extremely friendly, and the entertainment shows and kids' activities were well planned and kept everyone engaged. ​Unfortunately, our room experience held the stay back from being great. The mattresses felt quite worn out and overly soft, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, there is very little sound insulation between rooms—we could easily hear neighboring rooms and every door closing in the hallway throughout the night. ​It's a wonderful place for families, but updating the mattresses and addressing the hall noise would make a world of difference for guest comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Swandor Topkapi Palace! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was lovely overall, and we really enjoyed our time there. There are a few things in the rooms and toilets that needs some upgrades or small fixes, but honestly, these were minor compared to the great experience we had. We would 100% come back again and would happily recommend Swandor Topkapi Palace to others. Thank you, Swandor team, for the wonderful hospitality and for giving us such beautiful memories! ❤️

Excellent accommodations and great daily activities and entertainment. Food was amazing - delicious and a great variety! Our family very much enjoyed our vacation at this resort. The only critical comment is the transportation arrangement. The hotel is good about calling a taxi for you, but taxi drivers do not use a meter. The price is set by a "manager" at a hotel entrance. It seems 30 euro is the minimum even if your destination is 10 min away. And they also ask for tips of 5 euro. This wasn't reasonable.

The hotel was fancy, clean, staff were great, and the food was phenomenal. However the hardest part to enjoy was due to the amount of people staying at the resort. The pools were large but still very full. It seems another pool is needed to accommodate all of the rooms. The activities were a bit limited as well. We stayed 3 nights and it felt really long. I also did not really like how the restaurants in the hotel were not part of the all inclusive.
