The washer and dryer were a plus and the neighborhood is safe. There are also a bunch of cute cats that hang around the area that came and played with my kids they enjoyed that very much. Andrea the propriety owner was amazing and very responsive she was very accommodating and answered all my questions very quickly. She also let us do late checkout...

The only drawback is the noise - the building has lots of banging/creaking going on. During the day it is not too noticeable but can be quite loud at night.」

As a health IT and writer, privacy and safety are my main concerns, and you get both with the "Shay" properties. This location is very convenient for shopping and outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this location for single travelers and couples.」

「The property was as described. But it's an old place that has been somewhat superficially updated; some things - like windows and floors with protruding nails - have not been. Communication was somewhat problematic: we had to wait at the door for about 20 minutes before we got instructions on how to check in and the 'check out' instructions arrived after we had gone (we left early because we couldn't make coffee without coffee filters).」

「Location is fantastic. Elderly or disabled would be different due to stairs and entry doorways. It is like having a personal apartment to come back to. Plenty of room to relax and so close to shops and dining/coffee. Would stay again!」

「The apartment was a little hard to find since it’s kind of hidden. I kinda almost prefer it that was not visible from the parking lot. The owner was very responsive and the space was clean. Perfect for a quick stay and you can’t beat the price. Will stay here again.」
