“We had a wonderful stay in the cabin! The host was very accommodating, even with our short notice of booking the cabin. It is in a wonderful location for walking around to all the fun things in the town of Ruidoso. The hot tub was very nice and clean. “I messaged the host immediately after I made this reservation because I needed to clarify something. They never responded. In fact they never communicated at all. Once I got there, the gate was broken, the shower drain was clogged, siding on the house was falling off, and the floor were buckled in multiple spots. For a short term rental none of these problems individually were terrible, but together with the unresponsive host made this stay pretty bad. I would not stay here again. ”
