“My husband and I chose Hawksbill Resort for our honeymoon, one of the most important trips of our lives, and it turned into one of the most disappointing experiences we have ever had. We stayed August 21st through 28th, in Room 107, the Royal Palm room, and we want to share our true and honest experience. The problems started almost immediately. The day after we arrived, we were both hit with severe diarrhea. We assumed it was a fluke until we started talking to other guests at the resort and……

“I think the resort itself was very good in terms of cleanliness, servicing of rooms. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.Balcony was spacious and the view was a magnificent one overlooking the harbour. A/C was quite good as well. I would rate it 4 star. Meals were readily available across the street, 1 minute away.”

“The property was absolutely beautiful, clean, well maintained and safe. The beach was the best part of the vacation, stunning. The staff was attentive and were so helpful. My room was well kept, thank you Celina. Antoinette from Expedia concierge and her colleague (sorry I forgot your name) was amazing and went and beyond to make my experience at the resort memorable and took care of everything for me. “The accommodations were great low-key resort in cottage style atmosphere wonderful beach and ocean views. The resort is well maintained and the staff and guests were friendly. We wished for more variety in food however we always found something to eat and the drinks were delicious.”

“My husband & I travel quite often and we find this beach to be one of the most amazing beaches by far. The food is exceptional, although I was longing for some fried plantains, but that is minor. The rooms are clean but really does need upgrading, too outdated. I’d say 95% if the staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Greeting to Anaya, she’s one of the best and knows how to put a smile on someone’s face. I will recommend.”

“阳台下面就是酒吧，露天的棚子里面dj打碟，嘣嘣嘣各种音乐到凌晨一点半多。房间还是不错的，大，阳台能看见海，但是。真心太吵了，早上4点出门赶飞机，音乐停了也该起床了，完全没睡着。”

“My stay wasnt long enough to experienced the resort much...but 2 things I didnt like....the wifi was trash...didnt work properly and the main bar barely had alcoholic drinks...everytime I ask to make a certain drink...bartender said they dont have....theh messaged the... paying all inclusive and I could barely get a amaretto sour with cherries on top...thats insane”
