Amazing villa with everything you need.The outdoor area was the best I’ve seen, so many areas to relax. The slide well this made my holiday, it was brilliant and the big kids enjoyed it too! Would definitely return, loved every minute, thank you Matias for making our stay wonderful.

Villa Fin is an excellent villa, it has all the equipment you need for your holiday. We travelled as a family from young to older and had such an amazing time so much so nobody was wanting to leave but we will all definitely be back. The villa offers so much space for everyone whether your inside or outside. Definitely recommend Villa Fin.

Family holiday

Fantastic villa great location despite construction /improvement works all around, will be stunning when finished. Villa was superb for our stay some minor issues which where sorted by owner, property manager a little fifficult to get hold of. Would defo stay again if on family holiday.

Just perfect

Great villa. Lovely outside space with so many choices of sitting areas. Great pool with slide and outdoor shaded play area with lots of games. The children were entertained and the adults were too! This villa has everything you could want plus so much more. Would definitely return and would highly recommend. Thank you Iain for sharing your lovely property

Perfect villa

This Villa does not disappoint absolutely beautiful so clean and perfect for any family or group and any problems are dealt with straight away by sue who was there to great us, shops are a 5-10 min stroll down a slope with restaurants and two shops for everything you might need. I look forward to staying again in September.

A great villa.

Just back from a wonderful week with the family. The villa was all and more than we expected. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature which we all used in the morning and afternoon. If we needed anything we called Sue who was very good and sorted things very quickly. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Great holiday!

Nice villa, lots of room. Pool area very good, kids enjoyed the slide. Walk into town but not too far. Good location we thought. Will be back. Contact with host and his local rep was great. Even organised our taxis back to the airport which we really appreciated. There’s quite a bit of pavement work going on near the villa this year but when done will be great. Next year looking to be busy for the villa so book soon!

Child friendly villa

The villa was great. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fenced off which was great as I was there with a 4 and 1 year old. The grandkids had great fun in the outdoor play area. It was about a 10 min walk to a few pubs and restaurants and a 25 min walk to the main resort area where there was a good selection of restaurants. My only negative would be no air conditioners in bedrooms but overall, a great stay.

Cannot thank the host enough for allowing us the use of the villa on an alternative date due to needing to cancel at short notice because of new rules on covid All aspects of the villa were excellent the accommodation was better than the pictures shown It was very spacious inside and out and outside there was various seating areas to suit all needs at all times whether you wanted full sunshine or shade Inside there was everything you would require on a holiday eg hairdryers/ hair straighteners Representative Sue who was very pleasant informative and helpful was on hand 24/7 if required

We arrived late we would have appreciated a welcome pack which we have been used to before . Especially some water . With a check out at 10 am and a flight at 20.20 we were told in a previous conversation we could leave our cases but 3 days into our holiday we were told we had to leave at 10.00 with our cases . We then spent a frantic day searching for a place and someone to help us out . We eventually came across a villa with extremely helpful owners who let us rent their villa for 70 euros to use for the day. We had a 3 year old grandchild and another granddaughter who was 35 weeks pregnant in our group. Regards Stephen Berry

Does what it says on the tin and more!

Just left Villa Fin after a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Prior to arrival direct contact with Sheila who lives locally resolved any unanswered queries we had. There were 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 wannabe teenagers aged 12 to 14. The variety of outdoor spaces allowed for a variety of eating points, hang out zones or sanctuaries when required. There was always competition for the hammock on the rooftop which offered lovely views of the coast line. Wifi was of course essential! Town, supermarkets for daily needs were within easy walking distance with the larger supermarket a 4Euro taxi ride away for a bigger shop. We didn't have a car and one is not required. Within a couple of days the kids were walking into town themselves and going to the beach without concern. We walked into town most evenings to eat and got seven seater taxis home for 4Euros. Lots of variety of restaurants, 555 Tapas restaurant was the best we used. Far less hassle than driving, parking etc. We barbecued a couple of nights as well which was easy and relaxing. The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with all mod-cons and all utensils you need. Covered outside eating areas were perfect for al fresco dining, mid-day siestas out of the searing sun or just chilling with a bottle of wine in the evening. The location and accommodation is ideal for two families or large families and allows for small kids to be managed safely. Aside from the excellent accommodation and outdoor spaces, dealing with Iain the owner and Sheila the local agent was really easy. Sheila answered any questions we had throughout and looked after us right up to departure. This personal touch was very much appreciated on top of everything else.

Lovely family villa

Great property with plenty of outside space. Lots of things available if you have kids..table football, play area, inflatables for the pool etc. Many different seating areas outside if you wish to stay out of the sun. Lounger mattresses in need of a clean, they were very dusty, but to be fair it was so windy it is probably hard to keep them clean with sand blowing. The sand was in the pool too, despite keeping the cover on it when not in use, but the pool man visited once while we were there to clean it. Huge lounge & well equipped kitchen, separate drinks fridge a bonus! Great choice of channels on tv, especially sport for the boys. Comfy beds and plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The hairdryer in the master bedroom needs replacing & the hairdryers generally are small travel type ones.The villa was generally clean apart from the floors, but again this was probably sand blowing in. The separate toilet needs attention, as there was an unpleasant smell coming from there. The fourth bedroom is accessed from outside the villa (but still within the grounds) not ideal especially if you have young children.The views from the roof terrace were lovely, there was a cafe, bar & pizza place just at the end of the road, which was very handy. More bars & restaurants within 10 minute walk & about a 25 minute stroll to the beach, it's uphill back, but taxis available & cheap. Great communication with the owner & the manager Matias. All in all a lovely villa & we enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Villa

Spacious family villa not too far from the resort centre. Heated pool fab. Kiddies play area good although some pieces need replacing. Good night sleep and powerful shower. Thank you for a great stay.

Great family holiday

We had an amazing time here , first time in a villa and could not of picked a better choice , communication from matias was great , any questions asked replied really quickly , villa was fantastic totally the right size for us , it was huge so much space and so much outside space to relax and have outside dining , pool was clean and well looked after , not sure what else to say but we will definitely use again the next time we are coming over

Superb house with everything you need.

Can’t fault our stay the villa was perfect for our family lots to keep the children entertained. The pool was the highlight of our holiday was lovely and warm the kids were in it non stop. We enjoyed the walk downhill into the town and to get a taxi back up was less than 3 euros so perfect .Definitely hoping to return one day .

Family Easter break

We very much enjoyed staying in rhe property. It was very spacious both inside and outside. The pool was a big hit with everyone. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken. This was a bit of a nuisance as there were 8 of us in our party. It would have been useful if a draining rack had been provided.It appeared from the listing that the property was not as far up the hill as it was. However, it was quite near to a well equipped supermarket and there was a lovely Italian restaurant near there as well.it wasnt too far to walk to other places and taxis were very cheap. Our main shop was done at the big Atlantico supermarket and a taxi from there was very cheap.

Fantastic place

We have just got home from a wonderful 2 week stay in this Villa and it was amazing. The views are fantastic. The heated pool is a welcoming relief in the sunshine, the large outside area was lovely. The Villa is spacious and with us being 6 adults, there was enough space to get away from each other from time to time.The Villa is a 15 minute walk downhill to the centre. Due to age and health issues of some of our party we did have to taxi back, however, taxis are usually available at the taxi rank next to the china shop in town or opposite Fado steak house. If you want rest and relaxation, peace and quiet and not be in the middle of it all, the Villa is perfect!!

Spacious and private

The villa is really spacious both inside and out. It has a good sized pool and the slide is a great addition. There is a box of pool equipment for you to use on your holiday to save you bringing any toys in your suitcase.A darts board was great for family tournaments along with table football, giant connect 4 and a tiny golf set.Two large three seater sofas and a six seater dining table were welcome additions for us while a sand storm ran through for two days of our stay. We made great use of the outdoor table and chairs sun loungers once the storm had passed.The villa is a 20 minute walk down hill to the town centre where you will find a variety of shops, cafes and bars. There is a small supermarket and variety of bars approx 5 min walk down the hill from the villa and there is a pizza takeaway and a bar just a short walk across the road from the villa. Taxis were very reasonably priced at 3 to travel from the town centre back to the villa and an 8 taxi to a large Lidl which we would recommend for getting all your food.

Villa Fin

The property is in a quiet location. The only downfall was the hill to walk back up if you go into Caletta De Fuste. Scooters are a good option or a taxi, if you can get one, is about 4 euros, lovely villa and very spacious. The beds are quite low but that’s the Spanish to it, I think.
