Designed with socialising in mind, the living room with a large smart TV, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are open-plan with a dining table to accommodate six guests. The bedrooms all located on the ground floor are spacious and have air conditioning for your comfort.
Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 75cm. The terrace is accessed via the lower ground floor, either by the internal or external staircase. There is a staircase leading from the parking area to the pool area. The terrace is flat with a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. There are steps down to the sunken seating area. This can be seen in the images. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and all doors are 70cm wide.
