「The place. Hotel environment it’s nice. However, rooms needs an improvement.」

「Where to begin. My stay was in one of the rooms with an on suite bathroom, most of the rooms in this hotel have shared bathrooms just so you know. The beds are extremely comfortable, the linens and pillows are exceptional. Everything is kept spotless daily. The hotel is small, but beautiful. There are sitting areas and flowers gardens to delight the eyes. Even one of the terraces you can have your meal on and way off in the distance you can see one of the volcanoes erupting erupting smoke...

「I came to Guatemala for an international conference and had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. What particularly impressed me was the wild birds that visited the hotel every morning, allowing me to enjoy a delicious breakfast surrounded by them. I also spent pleasant times in the well-maintained courtyard. The room cleaning was very thorough every day. The staff were all very friendly.」

「Great location, less than 1 block from central park. Rooms was clean. The best feature was the very hot water and great water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a great storage location for lur bags as we arrived early. Will absolutely stay again. 」
