“The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms had individual room fans/ac units to adjust temperatures. Breakfast was included in the price and was absolutely delicious! Coupons for drinks were given but when we attempted to use them, the staff looked at us oddly and laughed. Not sure what that was all about out. The staff gave a great recommendation for dinner our first night by.”

“Very unique and pretty little hotel. The room was clean, large and very beautifully decorated. Getting the temperature right on the shower took a little time but other than that pretty perfect. Loved the layout around the little courtyard garden and all the vibrant and colourful paintings. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was very quiet on the edge of town: we liked that for a peaceful night. Its about a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Breakfast included was freshly……

“My family and I stayed here and it was amazing! The hospitality is top notch, as are the facilities. The room we had was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. I loved the bed and hot shower. It rained the day we were there, so we didn't get to explore much of the city, but we took advantage of the on-site museums with the kids and had a great time. We also explored the hotel because it is just gorgeous with beautiful views of the mountains and volcano.”

“El hotel es muy bonito, lo malo es que por la noche se escucha mucho ruido de los coches y por lo tanto no duermes bien. Nos cobraron una copa que se me rompió pero fue cuando cerré las cortinas. La copa está junto a la cortina. En cuanto al desayuno hay mejores lugares para desayunar, el jugo de naranja que pedí era de bote. Y el desayuno estaba bien pero nada espectacular como cuando desayunamos afuera.”

“Very cozy hotel”

“The first room that they tried to give me had no windows! I refused it. The only other room left was by the laundry where there was horrible conversational noise by staff just outside my window that had to be open as there is no A/C. I had to ask 4 times for the noise to be brought down. I had to pretend to take their pictures and they ran and hid and then it was quiet.”
