“Brand new property with clean spacious rooms. Ample storage in the room and large bathroom with walk in shower and Molton brown toiletries. There was complimentary bottled water although the tap water is safe to drink, and 6 complimentary coffee pods a day. The yoga instructor was excellent and the yoga was complimentary 9am Thursday to Monday on a roof terrace on the spa. There is a roof terrace bar with amazing views of the surrounding mountains with complimentary drinks for guests each……

“ Bathroom sink was completely rusted, both faucets were absolutely disgusting and leaking every time we turned them on. They gave us a difficult time just to simply get shower towels. Everyday 2 days our room keys stop working and I would have to go to get them reprogrammed. On the last day they would not even give us shower towels because it was the last day. The entire resort smelt like sewage. In order to book 1 of only 3 restaurants there we had to wait in long for 2 hours in order to book……
