「When we check in, the desk clerk keeps talking on phone and didn’t give us any information like WiFi password. The room is noisy when other room is using bathroom and floor is shaking when other room is walking. I’d rather choose motel 6 or anything else than this hotel!」

「Very nice clean and large room. Wonderful lighting in the room with lots of options. Comfortable beds and easy parking. Kind and helpful staff. Small continental breakfast included. Glad we were on first floor as did not see an elevator (second floor in some areas). 」

「They were skimpy on the breakfast and the parking lot could have been a little cleaner. The room was spotless clean and comfortable.The bed and the pillows were so soft. For the price I will stay there again next time I am in the area.」

「Room was freshly painted,clean with full size fridge and microwave and Roku tv service. Staff was friendly, helpful and place was quiet and safe. Not a new or fancy place, but a wonderful and affordable place to stay ,thats obviously being worked on to be a wonderful place. I am very happy with our choice to stay there and feel the price was also very affordable and helpful for people in town for an event. Will stay again next year, Thank You staff!」

「When I checked in, I used the public restroom in the lobby. As a result, an employee jokingly said: It costs $5 per person to use the restroom. There is a fee. Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...」

「I stayed at Brad’s Desert Inn for one night and it was a lovely experience. The property has that classic Route 66 charm but everything felt well cared for and maintained. We didn’t get a chance to meet the staff since it was a no contact check-in, but the instructions we received were easy to follow. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is great as well, with easy access to restaurants, gas stations and cafes. I’d happily stay here again!」
