The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic. “For what my wife and I were looking for, it was excellent. We wanted a good base to live out of and do our own thing. We rented a car and wanted a property that had good location, parking and a comfortable apartment style living arrangement which we got. My pool was an added lovely bonus and the staff were very accommodating/helpful. Our only complaint is that places like this where we have stayed elsewhere often provide some simple things to help with cooking etc. For example, salt and……

“Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. ”

“Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly”

“The room was clean. However it was advertised tbat there was tea/coffee available- there was not. Also basic items were missing -- no shampoo, no hairdryer, no kleenex. Only sheets on bed. Air conditioning in bedroom only.”

“We were stranded on the island by the air traffic controller strike. I appreciate the staff opening their door for us to stay at a much higher rate. The place is hard to get to, far from being clean, no amenities like mini fridge, hair blower, safe and etc. ”
