  • Welcome to Villa Anemos, a beautifully designed traditional Cretan-style villa at the exclusive SK Place estate in Almyrida, Crete. This architecturally stunning 3-bedroom villa offers the rare combination of authentic Cretan charm and modern luxury, featuring one of the estate’s most spectacular infinity pools with breathtaking sunset views over Souda Bay and the White Mountains.

    Step inside and feel the warmth of traditional Cretan architecture blended with contemporary comfort. The spacious open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly to the outdoors, while the three generous bedrooms include a master suite with jacuzzi bath and private balcony. One of the bedrooms features a luxurious spa bathroom with steam shower (hamam) and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day at the beach.

    The highlight of Villa Anemos is undoubtedly the large private infinity pool, surrounded by lush gardens and sun terraces — an idyllic spot to enjoy the famous Cretan sunsets. All three villas at SK Place offer private heated pools (upon request), but Anemos stands out with its infinity design.

    Your dedicated host, Katerina, personally welcomes every guest with a beautiful basket of local Cretan products and wine. She is always available to assist with restaurant reservations, private chef arrangements, transfers, or insider tips on the best beaches and hidden gems of the Apokoronas area. Daily housekeeping (except Saturdays & Sundays) ensures your stay remains effortless and spotless.

    Located just a 5-minute walk from Almyrida Beach and the charming village with its tavernas and shops, Villa Anemos is the perfect luxury base for couples and families seeking both privacy and convenience.

SKplace,Crete - Just the most perfect holiday

Dear Pavlos, How lovely to hear from you. We are so pleased that we had a chance to meet you. All I can say is that I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful place to anyone! We had such a fantastic time. So relaxing and so romantic. Villa Ammos turned out to be everything that you promised and more! The views are truly sensational and certainly amongst the best we have ever seen. The standard of accommodation was first class and we were most impressed with your ongoing service and attention.We found the location to be ideal for exploring this beautiful area of Crete and the hospitality of the people along the way was a joy to experience.The choice of activities and restaurants was particularly good and surprising for such a small place.We also enjoyed our time in wonderful Chania and the Venetian harbour which has to be one of the most picturesque places we have ever visited. Anemos

It is sheer bliss to stay at Anemos. You can see from the photos how beautiful the villa is but in reality it is just absolutely stunning. Great location because of the sea in front of you and the mountains to the left. It is just perfect to look out with the infinity pool and not be able to see where the pool ends and the sea begins. Inside the villa is not only very stylish but comfortable too. It is hard to leave the villa to explore this lovely island. The villa, pool and gardens are kept meticulously clean and well maintained. The restaurants are ten minutes away and the quality of food and wine that you can buy is excellent. Finally, Katernina one of the owners could not be more helpful.

Villa heaven

In our experience, as villas go, this is the best and also the most expensive that we have stayed in. Very comfortable and most importantly very clean and well looked after. Gorgeous views and not at all a disappointment from the photographs on the website. The villas are at the top end of the market in this area and the only thing that disappointed us was not the villa itself but the fact that there is nothing much to match it in terms of luxury in the surrounding area in terms of restaurants and buying food.

Fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Anemos Villa. Pavlos and Katerina were great hosts - very helpful. The villa is elegant, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The view is unsurpassed. It was a wonderful week and we highly recommend for others and hope to be back ourselves!
