The staff were pleasant and helpful, the indoor pool was amazing, our room and the facility were clean, plenty of parking, the cafe inside the lodge had great food and service, housekeeping was consistent and kept our room nice and tidy and stocked up. Overall it was a great stay and experience! Highly recommend!"

"This Inn is literally on the Penn State Campus. The parking is expensive and extra, $12 if you can figure out where to park, otherwise $25 a day plus tip. My room was on the first floor, There were quite a lot of steps to go up and down with my luggage. The cleaning staff didn’t wipe off the surfaces. The restaurants were excellent. There are 4 options."

The front staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms were supplied daily by housekeeping, and the breakfast is great to start your day with! I will continue to stay here when it’s available. "A bit inconsistent. Lousy bedding (who still uses those old scratchy, brown blankets of 30 years ago anymore) , uncomfortable mattress made getting deep sleep difficult. Bed made loud popping noise when getting in or out of bed. Heat/AC noise too invasive for total peace. Pools were great as advertised. Staff was awesome. Very roomy room. Flooring, table and chair, walk in shower were a plus. Location not very good. Better to be 1-2 miles closer to Sevierville."

"Great location. Free trolley shuttle to downtown running continuously with online tracker. We had a nice room with king size bed, and nice view overlooking downtown amd the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nothing wrong with this hotel at all that we knew off. Pool is nice and clean and even has water slide for kids."
