“Clean room staff pleasant and facility quiet. ”

“We arrived late at night. The evening staff was wonderful! The breakfast was great as well as the coffee! The property as well as the room was super clean and nice. I highly recommend this hotel! ”

“I'm not sure why they stopped doing breakfast sausage for breakfast. In my opinion the breakfast was ok, but smoked sausage doesn't taste like breakfast so I think they should bring back breakfast sausage”

“Clean and quiet ”

“It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ……

“I was unable to make my Grandddaughters last ball game at the convention center because they would not allow me to stay in my room because I didn't live 100 miles away but with traffic and everything it took almost 3 hours to get there from where I live they wanted a 200$ dollar deposit in cash for me to stay why and why didn't they tell me that before hand I am 55 years old what kind of damage am I going to do by laying my head down somewhere to spend the night so I could be to my……

“Rooms were nice, spacious, and well maintained. Kind and helpful staff, especially the later night crew who we saw most. Exactly what we needed for a few nights in town attending a music festival. ”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. ”

“Checkin staff person was courteous and efficient. We were in our room within 2 minutes. Room was clean and beds were comfy. We had a great sleep. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/ gravy. Coffee was good.”

“First off the staff were so polite and friendly! The view is amazing and they even provided cookies and snacks as well as fresh coffee. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I’ve ever had. Clean and fully stocked. Rooms were clean. Can’t say enough about the friendly staff, sad it’s hard to come by now days. ”

“You get what you pay for… Rooms are almost clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. Do not unroll the tub mat. Front desk is mid unless you get the younger tall guy and he’s just rude — if you’re just stopping on your way through it’s the cheapest and easiest. My advice - drive on to Knoxville ”
