"Excellent staff. Enjoyed the lobby cafe (the barista was awesome) and the carrot cake in the grill. The exercise room is in desperate need of some attention. Dirty, busted equipment, bathroom smells, no towels, etc. I’m not sure why hotels do not do a deep clean on each guest room a couple times a year. The house keeping staff can only do so much. For the cost of the stay, I was expecting a a slightly cleaner room. I’m giving this hotel a five mainly because the staff was phenomenal. The property owners need to up their game and make the facility match the incredible staff."

"Place was wonderful very well. Kept only complain that I have is that there wasn’t hardly any water pressure in the shower nor hot water very disappointing when it came to showers and there was no iron in the room and the ironing board was flimsy and kept falling down on my husband. "

"There never seemed to be any staff present either at reception or valet. They need signs for entering building."

"The AC in our room did not work and no one came to help us. There was no continental breakfast and when we asked they said "well you have to pay a small fee". Parking is also not free at this hotel."

"There was no bar in the room as far as I could tell. Front desk staff was very friendly. I did the valet parking, so yes, it was easy and they were quick getting my car when I checked out. Very pleasant stay. The bed was really comfortable. The room was nice and quiet."
