「Overpriced and you can’t get any service. The front desk staff are not trained to do much. “I don’t know” was all I got. How are you tasked to work the front desk, where customers are expecting to be helped and you have to ask your manager about every question? I asked to change my form of payment and was told “ I don’t know how to do that”. I asked about late check out and was told “I have to ask my manager”. Very standard questions, no answers. I was an idiot for having chose this hotel....

「Easy parking, lots of restaurants in the area. Hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was sparse.」

「Very fun stay for our family. This was great for families of all ages and activity levels. Make sure you use every fun activity this place offers from free (activity center, petting zoo, hiking/walking) to paid (arcade, water park, spa)!」

「I feel like they didnt have enough people to run the hotel. It was clean and nice golf course and pool. But not many workers around and a few kids and a dog behind the desk and dog in the breakfast area. Large dog.」

「We rented a 2 bedroom suite lakeview and we had 5 people. 3 adults and a 6 and 4 year old. It was a great amount of space. The kids loved the pool. It was nice and large and warm water. Nice big deck around the pool to sit at the many tables. Great view, walking trail and right next to Sonny’s Restaurant. Our first time staying there and will definitely go back.」

「Me and my brother had an incredible time here. It was exactly what we were looking for. From the staff, to the property and the room itself. The natures walls close by. It was great and will be returning with more of the family again.」
