Very run down hotel. Staff wasn't present at the front desk for an extended time while waiting to check in, and there was a metal gate over the front desk and no one present during check out. Would not recommend.

The wall between the window and the A/C-heating unit had visible mold. It was soft to the touch. There were absolutely no pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. in my room at all, which is stated throughout the building and in the room itself as having. Its an extended stay with full kitchen, so those items should be there. The carpet was stained all over and just looked dirty.

Incompetent management for one. I was charged twice for the rooom. I paid through Expedia and they required a credit card for incidentals. I now see they charged my card for the room, even though it was already paid through Expedia. I would not recommend them or Expedia.

We enjoyed staying at the extended stay. The staff was not as helpful as we had hoped. We stayed for 3 weeks and during that time I had lost my card or it stopped working a couple of times. The night person was frustrated and not caring or thoughtful of our situation and was rude to say the least! Other than that the sink did not have a stopper so I could not feel the sink with water. The rest of the room was good and it was clean. I would stay there again.

Smelled awful, combination of food and urine smell. Shady characters hanging out at the front of the hotel. Kids screaming. We needed a hotel last minute and this was all we could find. Would not recommend.

There is no staff after 10pm or before 9 am. Reserved a king bed and got a single queen. No toiletries on the room, luckily brought our new own. The toilet ran constantly all night.

We had just an okay stay at this hotel. THe most concerning aspect was the lack of staff present to help. In the morning (from 7- 9 am), there was a locked grail across staff welcoming center and no note about whether staff may be back or not. Similarly, arriving at night, the staff presence was minimal. The room was quite dated and worn, with stains over the outside and inside of the refrigerator and multiple stains in the bathroom. By the way, this hotel brand does not provide hand towels. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The TV lost signal and no staff members were able to fix it. They wanted to charge me more money for clean towels “I don’t live”there, I’m only staying for 3 days. Speaking of people who “live there” they are loud all 24 hrs which made it difficult to sleep and I was concerned about their strange behavior by the front door as I had my children with me. Also, even staff members and “live in guest” smoking by the front the door, which is truly unhealthy for everyone!!! There is a designated “smoking area” everyone should have to use it. Expedia should know these types of hotels are NOT appropriate for family vacations!!!
