Got a dirty room, breakfast was empty until we found someone to ask to put food out, pool area was dirty with rust furniture and dirty floors, bathroom was out of order. Hotel smelt really bad. The house was perfect for our family of 12. Kid friendly amenities and dishes. Wonderful welcome amenities. Waffle bar was a very nice treat. Clocks in every bedroom but no way to plug them in as they were only USB. Great theater room! We loved it!
