Beautiful location

This is a very nice room on a beautiful property, walk to the beach, enjoy the pool and hot tub and a great restaurant there too. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Get Away

This space was perfect for my adult family of 3. The two pull out couches were pretty comfy. Very clean! Beautiful views! Great staff! Very responsive host! We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Well appointed and good location

Stayed here for a few days over spring break, location was great, with good beach access as well as access to a pool and hot tub. Studio was well equipped and nicely furnished.

Great stay

I stayed here back in September celebrating my birthday with my friend and it was the best spot for our stay. We were about 15-20 min away from everything we wanted to do around Santa Cruz and the room plus view was such a plus. We arrived after a concert so we entered the area around midnight and it was tough at first finding the exact route to the room hut they have security on site who helped us once we entered the resort!

Lobster Bash!

Every year we celebrate family and friends in Santa Cruz for our annual Lobster Bash! This studio I rented in Aptos at Seacape resort was a perfect place to stay. The room was spacious, stocked well and the view was beautiful! The property manager was awesome to work with throughout our stay. I will definitely stay here again next year.

Beautiful Views!! We have stayed at SeaScape Resort over the years. Most stays were 2 bedrooms or 1, but this cute studio was perfect for just me and the hubby! And, besides equipped perfectly and the view was such an amazing treat!

Perfect Ocean View Studio Condo

The Condo was spacious and fully stocked with what was needed for the week. The deck/balcony view was amazing especially at sunset. Enjoyed the resort hot tub. Also hiked to the beautiful beach daily. Very safe area. Market and restaurants within walking distance. Host was quick to answer questions and checked in by email once we arrived. Will definitely book again for my next trip to the Santa Cruz area.

Short Getaway

Beautiful property, clean accommodations with all we needed. Great views of the beach, great weather, and not crowded. Restaurants and food within walking distance. Nice amenities. We live in SF and this is a great and close by getaway. Will definitely return.

Beautiful Time

I was here for three nights. I enjoyed the view of the ocean and the coastal trees, the quick walk down to the beach. I could here the ocean waves from the balcony. I would come back again!

Relaxing much needed getaway for two. Ocean view, overlooking and accessible to main resort property. Spacious yet quiet. Room decor adds to great ambiance. Well maintained and clean. Utensils, toiletries cleaning supplies enough for short stay. Top floor with elevator access from indoor parking. Outdoor parking available as well. Beach access thru resort. Short walk to nearby grocery and restaurants.

Bestie Getaway Goals Achieved!

This stay was everything we hoped for and more! The ocean view was absolutely stunning—we could hear the waves crashing from the studio, which made for the most peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the balcony, soaking in the fresh air and natural light (which, by the way, was chef’s kiss throughout the space).The studio felt super spacious and airy, with a clean, aesthetic vibe that made us feel right at home. The bed was so comfy, and while we didn’t need to use them, the fold-out couches would be perfect for extra guests. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, down to the bottle opener and coffee pods, and the adorable little dishwasher made cleanup a breeze.The fireplace wasn’t working during our stay, but the heater kept us plenty warm, so no complaints there. The host was kind and responsive, and every little detail showed care and intention. My bestie and I felt completely comfortable and can’t wait to come back!

I love Seascape, but a list for you. Light bulb in bathroom out until day before we left. The thin rectangle window at the end of sliding door, the connecting wall. It had no blinds, no curtains, but every other window in resort, that spot, had blinds in them. The sliding door got stuck, not closing ever time. We paid to stay an additional night, we asked for a couple towels, 2 fresh towels as we were told no. I have pictures also of the bathroom sliding door, scratches and more painted over and over. I suggest fix the problem. I’m sorry,I had a great time there in Aptos, shopping across the street in little shopping center. I did spend hundreds and more. From Pizza parlor, grocery store, coffee shop and my very favorite boutique shop ever. I love my furry bear black fluffy coat/ Jacket. Thank you and Alex had a great time with me. Thank you again. I’m trying to trade my current room booked for myself and two besties of 30-50 yrs. Leisa & Debbie I found a new Vrbo that I wanted so terribly now and was seeing if the owner could work with me on trading the ol booking to the new home now available, but not on my dates. Amazing Seascape Getaway

We enjoyed ourselves very much! The property was very clean and comfortably furnished. The view of the resort combined with the view of the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed the soothing sounds of the waves hitting the beach in the evenings. The resorts beach is clean and not overcrowded like some of the local beaches. On Saturday afternoon we dug a pit on the beach for a fire and patiently prepared ourselves for a wonderful sunset. On this late afternoon thousands of birds were hovering over the waters with the hopes of catching the millions of sardines that happen to be swimming past the resort. Pelican's and other birds diving into the waters was really cool. Yes, we would book again this property and look forward to our next stay here. Thank you Jerry and guest
