「First time staying at the resort. We stayed two nights to celebrate my wife's birthday. I had ordered flowers that were delivered before our arrival and frontbdesk had them delivered to our room. The views from the waterfront tower build were amazing. The entire resort is very clean and well maintained. Good choice of restaurants/bars on site. Other restaurants are walkable or a short drive. The casino was surprisingly quiet and very clean, relaxing way to pass some time and maybe win some...

「I booked 6 Rooms with 2 queen beds for myself and employees. When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have enough rooms available with with 2 queen beds. We were forced to move ourselves around, and some of us ended up with a king bed, with a sofa bed in the room. However, the sofa beds had no mattresses in them, therefore useless. Out of the 6 rooms, 4 of them had broken televisions. every room had a filthy bathtub/shower. Guests of your hotel should NOT have to find bleach, and clean a tub...

「Very clean and nice hotel physically. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the staff. My child has a food allergy and the staff treated us with disgust when we asked about it at breakfast. They didn’t know and refused to check whether certain items contained allergens. They told me the information wasn’t even available in a really rude way. This is a Hilton affiliated hotel so that seems pretty strange but they were already rude about it so we just didn’t do the breakfast.」
