“Excellent location, kitchens have everything you need, spacious rooms”

“The location is great and the place was clean and quiet. It looked like there was some water damage in the back corner of the kitchen where the paint is bubbling up from the wall, but it did not feel damp and I could not smell any mildew or mold so I think it is clean. The place was almost perfect. I can only make a few suggestions for improvement. First, the pillows are very thin, and the toilet seat needs to be replaced (the current one is cheap vinyl and feels like cheap vinyl when you sit on……

“I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property.”

“We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny……

“Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Sunburst in den Osterferien. Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir eine tolle Urlaubswoche. An der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft kann man mit Sicherheit noch arbeiten! Viele Ameisen, spinnenweben an der Decke etc. Ansonsten ist das Highlight der Unterkunft der große Pool den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Lage ist super und die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig👍. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und würden wieder kommen. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat auch einwandfrei……

“We absolutely loved everything about Villa Amara. Our hosts were incredibly kind and communicative and super helpful with all our questions. The villa is in a wonderful location in Cape Coral, and the house and the entire property is so well-kept, lovely, and homey. “As the island continues to recover and rebuild from Hurricane Ian, this property suited our vacation accommodation needs. Ralph's communication prior to, during, and after our stay was top-notch. The pool provided an excellent alternative to the beach on hot days, and it was nice to relax and dine on the screened-in porch.”
