A lovely apartment in a central position, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet courtyard to sit outside and very well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. Tastefully decorated and within an easy walk to the beach for swimming and boat trips.

Small but tucked away and quiet. Convenient for the seaside promenade. Very nice to get a delivery of fresh bread to your door in the morning. Be aware if travelling with a dog: the first floor rooms are accessed via a staircase of large metal mesh that would hurt their paws so we had to carry our dog up and down.

Great Location and lovely apartment

A lovely apartment with everything you could need. Very good facilities and close to the beach, restaurants and town centre. Lovely courtyard and very quiet.

Breakfast consisted of one baguette and one croissant and was generally available at 08:00 which is not much use if you need to get a train at 08:02. There was no lightning outside the room so walking down the stairs in the dark was treacherous. The kettle and machine were placed on top of the microwave and powered from a cheap plastic extension lead. There were no curtains across the windows in the room.

Séjour d'une nuit très sympathique, sur Arcachon. Lit agréable et confortable. Impossible de se servir de la cafetière, au peur de la casser. Petit déjeuner correct.

Agréable et calme ++

Excellent accueil, chambre propre et confortable bien aménagée tout y est on est autonome et tranquille sans contrainte horaire pour le petit déjeuner qui est déposé le matin donc tout frais. La petite cour intérieure est très agréable et les propriétaires arrangeants

Acogedor y céntrico

Muy buena ubicación a 1 minuto del casino y a 3 minutos de la playa, bonita y acogedora habitación Desayuno en la habitación ya que tiene cafetera de cápsulas , microondas y nevera . Por la mañana te dejan una bolsa con pan fresco y croissants. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta de arriba , en caso de tener dificultad de movimiento hay que tenerlo en cuenta ya que el acceso es por una escalera estrecha. Para el check in ,y facilitar el acceso, mejor indicar que se accede por la verja negra" en lugar de la " puerta negra".

Hade inga höga förväntningar men blev ändå besviken. Vi fick lgh nr 1 på bottenvåningen, en sliten lgh som luktade fukt. Det var rent dock men sängen var hård och det var extremt lyhört. Noll mysfaktor trots en fin utsida och perfekt läge. Sorry, men nej

À privilégier l’été

Pour les prix pratiqués à Arcachon le rapport qualité /prix est correct. A privilégier plutôt en séjour estival voire caniculaire Cbre N°2 en bas: logement à l’ombre sujet à l’humidité (pas de VMC opérationnelle = odeur de renfermé) et aux nuisances sonores des voisins très amoureux… SdB rénovée mais donne sur la porte d’entrée et ses courants d’air - le petit dej correct se prend dans la chambre en mode camping.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. Stéphane et Douria sont très sympas et aux petits soins. Propreté au top ! Pain frais et viennoiseries fraiches le matin, très agréable ! Je recommande vivement :) Seul petit bémol : les serviettes de douche sèchent mal dans la chambre, peut-être prévoir un petit sèche serviette ou autre.

Bon séjour

Une belle nuit passée à la villa des T! Chouette accueil et très flexible notamment pour le dépôt de bagages. Belle chambre au calme. Le petit plus pour encore faire mieux :) => Travailler sur l’insonorisation des chambres car nous entendions un peu la chambre du bas. Mais rien de gênant.

Idéal

Chambre très intime en plein cœur d'Arcachon, au calme, avec des hôtes très chaleureux et discrets. Le petit déjeuner sur le balcon de la chambre est parfait. Aucun point négatif. Je pense par rapport aux anciens commentaires que tout a été rénover. C'est parfait !! Allez y les yeux fermés.
