“Minimalist for sure, this apt worked for a baseball trip weekend for two. Expect empty cupboards, sparse furniture, nearly no decorations, but it's exactly as described in the listing. Used our own air mattress. Pans and utensils to cook breakfast and simple meals. While I'd consider staying here again, but it'd be as a backup plan. It worked. But I decorated a college apartment better than this - wouldn't take a lot to make it more inviting. ”

“This is one of the best properties I’ve had the pleasure of staying through VRBO. Property was in a new and very safe area (Whitestown) - just down the road from shopping, groceries, and restaurants. The furniture and appliances were in great condition (some brand new!) and the apartment was conveniently on the first floor. The management company was extremely communicative and thorough - made our check-in/check-out process incredibly easy. Would absolutely recommend”

“I booked a basement of a house with separate entrance. On the day of my reservation I was told someone booked the whole house so I could not Use the basement. She gave me an “upgrade” the house where I stayed was nicer than what I booked however it was 20 minutes farther from where I wanted to be and I was sharing the house with other guests. This is the same story to all staying at the house.”

“This is our second visit. We booked the stay for a girls outing for my daughter's graduation. Everyone loved it! Moms enjoyed the massage chairs while girls played karaoke and watched movies. We also booked rooms inside the hotel and enjoyed the amenities there along with hanging out in the spa . Everything was great! We would do it again.”

“We stayed with our 3 kids (6, 3, and 1) for a weekend trip to Indianapolis. The accommodations worked well for what we needed. I liked that the property was on the first level and on the back side of the unit, making it feel a little more private in a big apartment complex. The unit can be used to rent out individual rooms so the two room inside locked from the outside which was a little bit of a pain when we had to punch in the code each time the inner doors shut. Especially when our kids were……
