「Beautiful property with everything we needed for a family of 5. Great location near the pool and good restaurants. We will definitely be back.」

「Beautiful view and great access to the river. We enjoyed walking in the nearby park in the evenings.」

「Wonderful place! Spacious, clean, well-cared for, close to downtown. Communication was excellent. Highly recommended!!!!!」

「We have stayed at many VRBO's and communication with this host was one of the very best! From before we arrived, to a quick question during our stay, the response was prompt, helpful, and very friendly. We loved walking to town in the evenings and watching the deer down by the river each morning. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Clean property in a good central location.」

「Great property and great location. Host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Pet friendly was a bonus. Even appointed with pet supplies!」

「The experience overall was great. As a note for anyone who is intolerant to heat, it can get quite hot in the day during the summer. Fans are provided but it helps to also open windows in the bedrooms」

「Excellent information and communication with the host. Very nice two bedroom, two bath unit. Location is ideal in a very pleasant neighborhood mixed with condos and homes. WiFi is good, but no cable tv available. Must use streaming services.」

「This place was easy to access, close to restaurants and shopping. EASY check in and check out process. I give them a 5/5. Just a couple of hiccups but I am still giving them a 5/5 , but the description of the property stated there was a grill so prior to check in we stopped and got burgers and dogs for the grill, but there was no grill and linen was provided but no washcloths. Other than that, I will stay here each and every time I go to Pagosa!」

「We had a great time in the condo! Enjoyed this part of pagosa as downtown was under construction and very busy in general and this neighborhood was nice and quiet. Thanks again for the stay!」

「Will stay here again. Beautiful condo.」

「This Pagosa Springs home is wonderful for a party of five. We sat out back and watched summer thunderstorms, and we were able to quickly get downtown on foot along the San Juan River Walk. On this walk, we were able to see hot springs, cool birds, and the lovely river. The accommodations were roomy, clean, and comfortable.」

「This house is at a great location within walking distance of Higher Grounds coffee shop. It is close to great food like Thai Pagosa, and a breakfast must at Two Chicks and a Hippie. We spend most of our days out on trails and it was great to come back and unwind and relax here. Our family really enjoyed the card games and books in the house. Overall it was an excellent stay.」

「Great pet friendly unit, walking distance to the springs, hiking, and restaurants. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. Check out the paint shop right around the corner. My kids loved painting with watercolor on a warm afternoon.」

「Very nice.」

「The place is very nice to stay at」

「Beautiful pet-friendly house with beautiful views and a great location right by the lake. They also have camping chairs and a kayak for us to use, we really enjoyed our stay.」

「Beautiful area. The condo was clean and comfortable.」
