“Had a great time! The mornings were so relaxing watching the hot air balloon. The view of the pond with the ducks and geese was very entertaining. It was easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat.”

“We had such a wonderful stay at this house. There was plenty of room for our family of four and then some. The views were of the San Juan River while hanging out in the hot tub were fabulous. The house is very cozy in a nice quiet neighborhood off of the main highway - so no noise. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. My only issue, which wasn't a big one, was that the doors to the master bath are barn doors that don't lock but that wasn't big at all. Loved loved this place and would……

“Sleeping Bear Cabin was a lovely place to stay. However, persons who have difficulty climbing stairs would have a hard time staying here. There was a flight of stairs up to the front door, another up to the loft bedroom, and another down to the laundry area.”

“This property was perfect for a getaway to Pagosa Springs. There were more kitchen and entertainment items than I could keep up with! The decor was so cute and owner, Chris, was very helpful. The view is somewhat obstructed from trees but we still enjoyed hanging out on the balcony right next to the river. Very much recommended! ”

“Husband and I were looking for a waterfront scenic, comfortable place to stay for a little relaxation. This was exactly what we got at Robert and Tina’s house! Quiet neighborhood, sound of flowing water we could hear from the deck with morning coffee, comfortable bed in the master bedroom, most completely stocked kitchen I’ve ever been in for a rental! House is beautifully designed, spacious, comfortable, with an eye for maximizing the view of the river. We had a little trouble with the garage……

Location is a little outside of downtown (a plus for us) but grocery shopping and restaurants very close by and a short drive to town and the hot springs.
