“The condo had been completely renovated, very nice. Not sure if it had been cleaned as there was a pair of earrings left on kitchen counter (so you know that wasn’t wiped down), hair in the bathtub, hair on my wife’s pillow. Check-in was great, received early check-in, very helpful.”

“Pagosa Springs is a great little with many things to do. The location of condo is honestly perfect, only 10ish minutes from downtown and in a great neighborhood. If you plan of skiing in-season make sure that your car has 4WD or you purchase chains. It was very difficult to make it up the mountain with 2WD.”

“For the price, the room was outdated, moldy. They put us next to numereous units that were being remolded. Our view was of the parking lot full of construction supplies.”
